I love this recipe! It’s so flavorful and one wrap is so filling. I came up with this after I made a different version of this from Emily’s Bites (you can see her recipe by clicking here). I made it more my own recipe, adding ranch instead of mustard, ketchup and hamburger seasoning and used real bacon instead of bacon bits.
1 lb. ground beef
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing & seasoning mix
1 package of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheese (I used mozzarella, but you can choose to your liking)
1/2 cup chopped yellow onions
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup shredded lettuce
4 Flatout Wraps
Fully cook bacon until crisp. Place bacon on paper towel to get excess grease off. When cooled, crumble bacon.
Bring a large skillet to medium heat. Add the ground beef and ranch seasoning and cook until meat is browned. Drain meat and place in a medium bowl. Clean skillet and set aside.
Add the cheese and bacon to ground beef and stir to combine.
Spoon a half cup onto the center of each Flatout wrap and spread the meat mixture lengthwise, leaving about an inch at each end. Evenly distribute the lettuce, onions, tomato pieces across the top of the meat. Fold in the 1 inch ends of the Flatout over the filling and then fold in the long ends to cover it.
Spray the skillet with cooking spray and bring over medium-low heat. Place 1-2 wraps fold-side down on the skillet and let them cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden. Flip the wraps and continue to cook until golden on the bottom. Cut in half and serve.
